We are looking for a Resales Administrator to join our After Sales team and provide essential support across a range of property transactions, including shared ownership resales, equity loans, and staircasing. This is an exciting opportunity to build your career within the housing and property sector while working with a collaborative and supportive team. 

About the Role

As a Resales Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth administration of after-sales activities. Working closely with internal teams, customers, solicitors, and stakeholders, you will provide high-quality administrative support while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and organisational requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the After Sales team.
  • Managing customer enquiries via telephone and email.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records on CRM systems.
  • Preparing, recording, and processing legal documentation.
  • Supporting the signing and sealing of legal documents and monitoring completion timescales.
  • Assisting customers through post-completion processes.
  • Handling customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Raising invoices and supporting financial administration.
  • Contributing to departmental reporting and data management activities.

  • Excellent telephone and customer service skills.

Desirable

  • Experience of CMS systems.
  • Interest in or experience within the property, housing, or real estate sector.
